Send Diagnostic Reports Manually

When you are unable to create the Diagnostic Reports automatically via the Dashboard.

 

1.Open Windows Explorer
2.Go to your temp folder %Temp% e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp
3.Zip up the folder called: Mail Manager Diagnostics
4.Go to %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\28Hands\Mail Manager
5.Zip up the folder called: Logs
6.Attach the zipped files to an email and send to support@28hands.com together with:

Description of the symptoms
The time that the error occurred
