When you are unable to create the Diagnostic Reports automatically via the Dashboard.

| 2. | Go to your temp folder %Temp% e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp |
| 3. | Zip up the folder called: Mail Manager Diagnostics |
| 4. | Go to %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\28Hands\Mail Manager |
| 5. | Zip up the folder called: Logs |
| 6. | Attach the zipped files to an email and send to support@28hands.com together with: |
| • | Screen shots of errors |
| • | Description of the symptoms |
| • | The time that the error occurred |
