Module Diagnostics is a tool developed to assist in identifying the module that has encountered an error.

Warning: This tool should only be used under the instruction of the 28Hands support team.

In Use:

•	Open modulediagnostics.exe which is located in the Mail Manager Support folder, typically located in: C:\Program Files\28Hands\Mail Manager\Support

•	Under the instruction of the 28Hands support team un-check the required options and try and reproduce the error.

•	After completing the tests ensure that all the options are checked.
