1.From an Outlook folder select a message or messages to be filed.
2.Right-click and select the File Email option from the menu (this option is not available with Outlook 2007).
3.Select a filing location from the pop-out menu.

 

Note: When using the Quick file menu only the default option that will be used is 'After filing', other filing options are ignored.

 

 

The default filing options can be changed via the User preferences window.
