The Search window crashes when searching any location.
The search index has become corrupted:
• | Exit Outlook. |
• | Via Windows Explorer navigate to the following user local settings profile and delete the folder called Index and all its contents. %LocalAppData%\28Hands\Mail Manager |
• | Open Outlook, a new Index folder will be created automatically. |
• | After a few minutes filed messages will begin to appear in the Search window |
• | To speed up the indexing you can set the indexing rate to "Fastest" |
