The item to be filed cannot be found, it may have already been filed.
This can occur if a message is selected from the Outlook list and opened in its own window. Then when the message is filed from the list, and again from the opened window, the error will occur.
To clear the errors open the Dashboard, and select Filing Activity. Select the that has the error and cancel it (right-click Cancel).
