Selecting Open Location Status will display details of locations being searched e.g. if you are searching just one location the index status window will only display information about that location.

| • | Index Status: When required e.g. to stop indexing when using an expensive data connection, use the Pause Indexer button to suspend scanning and indexing of newly filed messages. Pausing the indexer can also be accessed from the Search button menu. |
| • | Indexing rate: The rate at which the indexer works can be regulated from "Slowest" to "Fastest" e.g. set to fastest when you need to build the index for the first time. |
