Symptoms:

Sent messages don't get filed, but received ones do.

Cause:

The Outlook option: Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder is not set correctly for the type of mail account.

•	In the Email Options settings reached by selecting File > Options > Mail > Save messages:

•	Ensure Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder is checked
