Licence expired

Symptom:

I’ve just downloaded the app and attempted to log in, but it says my license has expired.

 

Resolution:

Using Mail Manager on a PC file an email to a Microsoft filing location e.g. SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive.

Once filed, the licence will be refreshed and available on the mobile app.
