Mail Manager supports the filing and searching of messages in locally sync'd 'box' folders.

 

 

The process is the same as local and network folders.

e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\box\Projects\119000\119363 - Tower Hill\0.00 Email

 

If you want to use a single collection used by different users you can replace C:\Users\<user_name> with %USERPROFILE% e.g.

%USERPROFILE%\box\Projects\119000\119363 - Tower Hill\0.00 Email

 

A local 'box' folder can also be used for the Shared Configuration Folder e.g. %USERPROFILE%\box\Mail Manager Config
