When you are unable to create the Diagnostic Reports automatically via the Dashboard.
1. | Open Windows Explorer |
2. | Go to your temp folder %Temp% e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp |
3. | Zip up the folder called: Mail Manager Diagnostics |
4. | Go to %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\28Hands\Mail Manager |
5. | Zip up the folder called: Logs |
6. | Attach the zipped files to an email and send to support@mailmanager.com together with: |
• | Screen shots of errors |
• | Description of the symptoms |
• | The time that the error occurred |
