Snap 'n' Send
Overview
Snap 'n' Send is used to capture any part of the PC screen area and if required mark-ups can be added e.g. highlight, text etc.
Images created using Snap 'n' Send can be save to many different file formats, including PDF. They can also be copied to the clipboard for pasting into other applications such as an Outlook message or a Microsoft Word document. Images are automatically saved and can be reused at a later time.
In Use

From the Mail Manager ribbon or toolbar select the Snap 'n' Send from the menu

The Snap 'n' Send window will open. Choose the camera icon from the toolbar

Move your cursor to automatically find the required area or pick two points.

The selected area can be re-sized or moved before choosing the Snap button

The Snap 'n' Send window will reappear.

If required select the corner grips to re-size the canvas or image and use the mark-up tools to add comments.
Using the Save, Mail or Copy icons from the toolbar, the image can be either exported to a file, added to an email or copied to the clipboard

Canvas
The background or canvas is automatically resized after adding an image. The canvas can be resized using the grips to either crop the image or change the canvas size.
Multiple Canvases
Additional canvases can be added by selecting the "+" symbol and the default name (SnapnSend#) can be manually edited.
Snaps

Each time an image (snap) is created via the camera icon it is saved in the lower left hand side of the window.

Snaps can be reused as required.

Scroll through the snap using the end arrows.

Delete a snap by selecting a snap image and choose the delete icon.
Mark-ups

Each time an image is saved, via export, mail or clipboard, it will also be saved in the lower right hand side of the window.

Delete a mark-up by selecting an image and choose the delete icon.
Send images forwards or backwards
Right-click on an image to bring it forward or send it backwards.

The following settings are available:
Snap history
Each time a image (snap) is created via the camera icon it is saved in the lower left hand side of the window, the amount which are kept can be controlled by selecting one of the three options.
Markup history
Each time an image is saved, via export, mail or clipboard, it will also be saved in the lower right hand side of the window, the amount which are kept can be controlled by selecting one of the three options.
Force software rendering
If your graphics hardware is unable to display the toolbar icons enable this option.
