Send Diagnostic Reports Manually

 

When you are unable to create the Diagnostic Reports automatically by Reporting errorsvia the Dashboard.

 

1.    Open Windows Explorer

2.    Go to your temp folder %Temp% e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp

3.    Zip up the folder called: Mail Manager Diagnostics

4.    Go to %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\28Hands\Mail Manager

5.    Zip up the folder called: Logs

6.    Attach the zipped files to an email and send to support@mailmanager.com together with:

·    Screen shots of errors

·    Description of the symptoms

·    The time that the error occurred
