Outlook Web Add-In (Preview)
The Mail Manager web add-in for Outlook will allow filing to locations in Microsoft 365 e.g. SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
Note: Network folders are not supported.
The web add-in can be used with:

Outlook app for iOS

Outlook app for Android

Outlook for MAC
NOT supported on Outlook for Windows.
Please note that this option is only available for subscription licence users.

The following steps are necessary to enable the Mail Manager web add-in for your users:

Ensure the prerequisites are met
-
If you are an administer wanting to deploy the Add-In to all users, see: Manage deployment of add-ins in the Microsoft 365 admin center
To set up the Outlook Web Add-In manually, follow the below steps

Open Outlook in a browser e.g. https://outlook.office365.com/

Select an email
-
In the top right-hand corner select the 3 dots

Then select Get Add-ins at the bottom of the list

Select My add-ins on the top left
-
Then select Get Add-ins at the bottom of the list:

Select My add-ins on the top left:

From the Add a custom add-in menu
-
Select Add from URL... and enter: https://application.mailmanager.com/outlook-manifest

Select OK
Enable Share Locations in Mail Manager User Preferences

Share locations with mobile devices enabled via the Mail Manager Ribbon by navigating to Tools > User preferences: Microsoft 365
Note that this must be done using a PC with Mail Manager installed which is logged on to your Office 365 account.

Note: The add-in can take up to 12 hours to appear in Outlook
