Mobile Apps for iOS and Android
The Mail Manager apps allow filing to locations hosted in Microsoft 365 e.g. SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, network folders are NOT supported.
Please note that this option is only available for subscription licence users.

The following apps need to be approved by your organisation (using a Microsoft 365 administrator) account to allow the app access the user's emails and SharePoint etc.

In Outlook on your Windows PC select Mail Manger Tools > User Preferences > Microsoft 365 and enable Share locations with mobile devices e.g.

Download and install the Mail Manager app on your mobile:

Open the app on your mobile

When prompted sign-in using your Microsoft 365 credentials

Review the inbuilt tutorials
-
The app will then connect to your Microsoft 365 mailbox
-
You will see a list of your emails, which you can read and file etc.
