Verbose reporting mode

 

When required Mail Manager can be run in "Verbose mode". When activated, it will record all Mail Manager actions into several files. To activate carry out the follow steps:

 

·    From the Mail Manager ribbon select the Status button and choose Diagnostics from the left hand list

·    Expand the Advanced section

·    Select the Enable Verbose Reporting Mode... button. You will be prompted to restart Outlook

·    When Outlook has been restarted and the problem replicated exit and restart Outlook. Do NOT close the additional windows that appear.

·    In the Reports section select the View/Send Diagnostics Report... button. This will automatically create a new email containing diagnostics information.

·    Add a description of the problem and the approximate time that the error occurred.

·    Email to support@mailmanager.com

·    Exit and restart Outlook.

·    When prompted to enable verbose reporting mode choose No.
