Crashes when searching
The Search window crashes when searching any location.
The search index has become corrupted:
· Exit Outlook.
· Via Windows Explorer navigate to the following user local settings profile and delete the folder called Index and all its contents.
%LocalAppData%\28Hands\Mail Manager
· Open Outlook, a new Index folder will be created automatically.
· After a few minutes filed messages will begin to appear in the Search window
· To speed up the indexing you can set the indexing rate to "Fastest"
