Migrate information to another machine

 

 

Filing Cache

·    On both the old and new machines ensure Outlook is closed

·    On the old machine go to ‘Start > Run’ and type in %LocalAppdata%\Oasys\Mail Manager and copy the FilingCache folder to the same folder on the new machine.

·    Restart Outlook

 

Search Index

·    On both the old and new machines ensure Outlook is closed

·    On the old machine go to ‘Start > Run’ and type in %LocalAppdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager and copy the Index folder to the same folder on the new machine.

·    Restart Outlook
