Messages not moved after filing

 

Symptoms:

After filing, messages don't get moved to Filed Items or Deleted Items.

 

Cause:

The message is not cached i.e. when you have had to select “Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange” to list the messages.

 

Workaround:

Temporarily configure Outlook to download all emails (see "Cached Exchange Mode")

Once all the emails have been downloaded, it may take a while, they can then be filed.
