Operating System:
| • | Supported: Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7 (64-bit versions) with latest updates. |
| • | Un-tested but should work: Server versions of Microsoft Windows (2008 R2 and above). |
Other requirements:
| • | Installation requires administrative permissions. To run Mail Manager, you do not need administrator permissions. You can run the program as a limited user. |
| • | Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 or newer |
Hardware recommendations:
| • | Processor 2.5 gigahertz (GHz) or faster, minimum 2-core |
| • | Memory 4 GB RAM or greater |
| • | 1280 x 768 minimum screen resolution |
| • | Hard disk speed 7200 rpm or SSD |
Microsoft Outlook:
| • | Supported: Licenced versions of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 (32 bit or 64 bit versions) |
| • | Installation requirements: From an .MSI or via your Microsoft Office 365 account (Click to Run).
Note, Some pre-installed installations and "The Office app for Windows 10" are NOT compatible with Outlook add-ins like Mail Manager. |
| • | Have the latest Microsoft Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 updates. For Microsoft Office 365 we recommend using the semi-annual channel (previously called: Deferred Channel). |
| • | When using Microsoft Exchange Server, while not essential we recommend Outlook to be configure to "Use Cached Exchange Mode". |
| • | If not using Microsoft Exchange Server you should ensure that Mail Manager is compatible with your email server system during the 15 day trial period. |
