| 1. | From an Outlook folder select a message or messages to be filed. | 
| 2. | Right-click and select the File Email option from the menu (this option is not available with Outlook 2007). | 
| 3. | Select a filing location from the pop-out menu. | 
Note: When using the Quick file menu only the default option that will be used is 'After filing', other filing options are ignored.
