| • | Supported: Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7 (64-bit versions) with latest updates. |
| • | Un-tested but should work: Server versions of Microsoft Windows (2008 R2 and above). |
| • | Supported: Licenced versions of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 (32 bit or 64 bit versions) |
| • | Installation requirements: From an .MSI or via your Microsoft Office 365 account (Click to Run). Note, pre-installed installations may not be compatible with Outlook add-ins. |
| • | Have the latest Microsoft Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 updates. For Microsoft Office 365 we recommend using the semi-annual channel (previously called: Deferred Channel). |
| • | When using Microsoft Exchange Server, while not essential we recommend Outlook to be configure to "Use Cached Exchange Mode". |
| • | If not using Microsoft Exchange Server you should ensure that Mail Manager is compatible with your email server system during the 30 day trial period. |
| • | Installation requires administrative permissions. To run Mail Manager, you do not need administrator permissions. You can run the program as a limited user. |
