PC Operating Systems:

Supported: Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7 (64-bit versions) with latest updates.
Un-tested but should work: Server versions of Microsoft Windows (2008 R2 and above).

 


Microsoft Outlook:

Supported: Licenced versions of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 (32 bit or 64 bit versions)
Installation requirements: From an .MSI or via your Microsoft Office 365 account (Click to Run). Note, pre-installed installations may not be compatible with Outlook add-ins.
Have the latest Microsoft Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 updates. For Microsoft Office 365 we recommend using the semi-annual channel (previously called: Deferred Channel).
When using Microsoft Exchange Server, while not essential we recommend Outlook to be configure to "Use Cached Exchange Mode".
If not using Microsoft Exchange Server you should ensure that Mail Manager is compatible with your email server system during the 30 day trial period.
 

Other requirements:

Installation requires administrative permissions. To run Mail Manager, you do not need administrator permissions. You can run the program as a limited user.
