Outlook Data File in use

Symptoms:

When opening Outlook you are prompted with the following error:

 

 

Cause:

Another application is accessing the Outlook data file and preventing Mail Manager from using it.

 

Resolution:

Via the Windows Control Panel check to see if multiple installations of Microsoft Office are installed. If there are, un-install one and then repair the other.
