In event of not being able to activate the licence key ensure the following URL is added to the firewall exceptions and to the white-list of any security applications e.g. Symantec web security.
Check that there is a connection to the activation server:
1. | Open a web browser |
2. | Ensure you can browse the Internet |
3. | Browse to: https://secure.softwarekey.com and https://28hands.softwarekey.com |
4. | The resulting web pages should return "OK", if this is not the case please create a Diagnostics Report and send to Mail Manager support |
