The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) uses advanced diagnostics to report known problems and details about your Microsoft Outlook configuration.

Note: Before you can scan your Outlook you will need to sign-in to your Microsoft 365 work or school account.

 

Once installed

You will be prompted with "Which app are you having problems with?", select Advanced diagnostics > Outlook and continue by selecting Next etc.

 

Send Scan

Once the scan is complete:

1.Open Windows Explorer
2.Go to your temp folder %Temp% e.g. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp
3.Sort by Date modified
4.Zip up the latest HTML file beginning with: ConfigurationDetails_
5.Attach the zipped file to an email and send to support@mailmanager.com
