File All Messages in Folder window doesn't appear.
This could be due to:
| 1. | The "Batch Filer" add-in is disabled, check "Disabled Items" via Outlook and enable it. |
| 2. | The 2010 MS Office system Primary Interop Assemblies' have not been installed. They can be downloaded from Microsoft's web site. |
| 3. | There is an installation problem with Oasys Mail Manager or Microsoft Office, run a repair of each installation. |
