After installing or reinstalling Mail Manager the Windows Explorer right-click menu items are not available.

 

1.Un-install Mail Manager (via the Windows Control Panel)
2.Reboot the machine
3.Before opening Outlook manually delete the Mail Manager installation folder if it still exist.
4.Reinstall Mail Manager
5.Reboot the machine
6.Open Outlook – The right-click options will now appear in Explorer
