Error filing to SharePoint

Symptoms:

Uploading document has failed with the following error message.

"Cannot create an item at the requested destination.  Verify that the folder exists and that you have permission to edit in it."

 

Cause:

1.The message has already been filed and is unable to overwrite

 

Resolution:

Using SharePoint, check that the message has already been filed. If it has, cancel the filing of the message via the Filing Activity section of the Dashboard.
