The EmailFiling.cfg file is used to define the options in the User Preferences window.

 

Located in: %AppData%\Oasys\Mail Manager

 

Editing the EmailFiling.cfg file is automated via Mail Manager Toolbar/Ribbon i.e. Tools > User Preferences...
