Steps:

1.Ensure all the prerequisites are satisfied
 
2.Approve the following Mail Manager apps for your organisation using a Microsoft 365 administrator account: Approve now
Mail Manager Desktop
Mail Manager Mobile Apps
Mail Manager Teams Discovery (optional)
 
3.In Outlook on your Windows PC select Tool > User Preferences > Microsoft 365 and enable Share locations with mobile devices
 
4.Download and install the Mail Manager app on your mobile:
Google Play
Apple Store
 
5.Open the app
 
6.When prompted sign-in using your Microsoft 365 credentials
 
7.Review the inbuilt tutorials
 
8.The app will connect to your Microsoft 365 mailbox and list your emails
