Mail Manager can’t remove some of the Drop Folders. This may be because the folder is not empty.
1. | Go to Tools > User Preferences… > Drop folders |
2. | Set the “Maximum displayed” to 0 and select OK |
3. | Look in the remaining Drop Folders for any files and remove them. Mail Manager will only file messages not appointments etc. |
4. | Manually delete the remaining Drop Folders |
5. | Reset the “Maximum displayed” to the required amount and select OK |
If Outlook prevents a Drop Folder from being deleted then try the following:
• | Go to the web version of your email account and delete the folders from there |
