Filing Cache
• | On both the old and new machines ensure Outlook is closed |
• | On the old machine go to ‘Start > Run’ and type in %LocalAppdata%\Oasys\Mail Manager and copy the FilingCache folder to the same folder on the new machine. |
• | Restart Outlook |
